7月要到了，是榴莲上市最為當造的月份。作为极品品种，猫山王浓郁的榴槤味道依然是市场首选。网络社交媒体都充斥着它的分享报道，叫人不吃不快。

猫山王榴槤的刺较粗而且短，体积通常都较小。肉厚核小，会有有凝脂状质感，略带甘苦口感。
要辨认纯正猫山王当然是要看看他底部的特征--是否有像星星的形状，展开至中部。

有传吃完榴莲后用榴莲壳喝水就不会上火，兼吃山竹以降火哦。
