Health benefits in Nature -- Nature is widely used as a modern therapy element these days for people who are suffering from physical and mental health problems to better psychological well being, boost cognitive functioning, fewer physical ailments, and speedy recovery from illness.

'Forest bath' for example, is a way to let nature cleanse away stress -- a stroll, contemplation of natural beauty; sit and read a book or simply look out into the trees can be cleansing. The practice of forest bathing can lead to decreased stress, natural mood elevation and even a stronger immune system.

Yes! The late Apple CEO Steve Jobs was famous for conducting meetings while walking outdoors.

And, our challenge now is to spend more time in or viewing nature for living healthier, happier and sustainable lives.
